Structured Cabling

Structured Cabling is our bespoke Service with solutions that can support any Voice or Data Applications – designed to future-proof your networking infrastructure. With the recent ratification of 40GB & 100GB, investing in the correct structured cabling systems will ensure that your server demands are sufficiently catered for.

Choosing the right system investment today will ensure that you will not require any costly upgrades and site visits tomorrow. We provide all types of network cabling installations: this all starts from undertaking surveys of your site at no cost, providing you with a detailed plan of all the work needed along with a fixed price quotation- all backed by manufacturer’s warranties, detailed test results and CAD drawings.

Our Cabling Solutions:

  • Structured Cabling Systems
  • Fibre Optic Cabling and Systems
  • Wireless Data Communication
  • IP CCTV and IP Door Access
  • Electrical Installation
  • Electrical Periodic Testing
  • Facility Management

A well-planned structured Network Cabling Infrastructure will typically be utilized for years to come and will be operational through several iterations of system equipment, solutions and multiple generations of protocol data-rate increases. We have a strong tradition of delivering cabling services to the Oil & Gas – Energy Sector where our project management and engineering skills are often deployed throughout UAE. Additionally, we have built a number of strategic partnerships, allowing us to provide a single source offering for most of your structured cabling needs.

Getting our expertise for your cabling infrastructure development, your fundamental concerns that it must address are reliability, manageability, scalability and flexibility is fully looked after.

Reliability:

Our network cabling infrastructure service is geared to provide security and enables 365 x 24 x 7 uptime. Tier 4 data centers have uptime requirements of 99.995 percent, less than one-half hour per year.

Manageability:

This includes support to existing serial duplex transmission and provision of a clear migration path to future parallel optic transmissions.

Scalability:

Our service supports data center growth – both in addition of system equipment and data rates to accommodate the need for more bandwidth. Hence, the infrastructure is designed to meet the challenges of the data center over a 15- to 20-year service life.

Flexibility:

With the continual changes in data centers environments, data cabling infrastructure is designed with a modular approach to accommodate the ever-changing requirements. We provide an easy to manage deployment and adjustments for minimal downtime during moves, ads and changes.

Cat 6 – Did you know?

Cat 6 is the standard for Gigabit Ethernet. The cable standard provides performance of up to 250 MHz and is suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX (Fast Ethernet), 1000BASE-T/1000BASE-TX (Gigabit Ethernet) and 10GBASE-T (10-Gigabit Ethernet) up to a distance of 100 meters. Category 6 cable has a reduced maximum length of 55 meters when used for 10GBASE-T Category 6a. The latest standard from the TIA for enhanced performance standards for twisted pair cable systems was defined in February 2008 in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-10. Category 6a (or Augmented Category 6) is defined at frequencies up to 500 MHz with a distance of 100 meters – twice that of Cat 6.

Learn more about our Fibre Solutions – The Need for Speed:

Current data rates are not able to meet the needs of the future with the rising demand to support high-bandwidth applications. With Ethernet applications now operating at 1 and 10G, it is clear that to support future networking requirements, 40/100G technologies and standards are required.

The requirement for higher data rates is being driven by many factors. Switching and routing, virtualization, convergence and high-performance computing environments are examples of where these higher network speeds will be required within the data center environment. Additionally, Internet exchanges and service provider peering points and high-bandwidth applications such as video on demand will drive the need for a migration from 10G to 40/100G interfaces.

  • IEEE 802.3ba 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet Standard Ratified.
  • OM3 and OM4 are the only multimode fibres included in the standard.

Having required knowledge and skills, this makes our data cabling solutions so relevant and crucial for the future of networking. We are so confident about the quality of our solutions that they come with 15-years Application Warranty, guaranteeing performance.

Plug & Play Technology – Did you know?
