1PK LTO2 200GB TAPE CART Using Fujifilm’s ATOMM (advanced super thin layer and high output metal media) tape coating technology, Fujifilm coats the PEN tape-base film, a substrate material, with an ultra-thin magnetic layer over a non-magnetic, lower layer. This creates an ultra-smooth platform for the tape’s magnetic layer, resulting in improved head-to-media contact, further enhancing high-density recording. The Fujifilm LTO Ultrium format Generation 2 will feature a storage capacity of up to 400 GB compressed (2: 1 compression), 200 GB native. Data transfer speeds have also improved in Ultrium format Generation 2, with up to 40MB per second native and 80MB per second compressed (2: 1 compression).
